Wake-up call, no snooze
Most alarm clocks are designed as individual tools, but for some people (including myself), waking up alone can be surprisingly difficult.
It is easy to turn off the alarm and fall back asleep, and maintaining a consistent daily routine can be challenging.
This made me wonder:
What if waking up wasn’t something we had to do alone?
JIOJIO was created from this idea.
It is a shared alarm clock app that allows users to set an alarm together with their friends and wake up at the same time.
When the alarm rings, everyone in the group receives the wake-up alert simultaneously.
The first person to wake up can start a voice call or send voice messages to wake the others, turning mornings into a shared experience rather than a solitary struggle with an alarm clock.
To make the experience more playful, JIOJIO also introduces voice stickers.
Users can send sound-based stickers to their friends, which can become part of the alarm that wakes them up the next morning.
The app also tracks wake-up times, streaks, and rankings through simple data analysis, turning early mornings into a light-hearted social challenge.
JIOJIO is not just an alarm clock.
It is a product that transforms mornings into shared moments.
