Redesigning the school's APP, redefining the user experience of the school system!
In the digital age, user experience has become a key factor in the
success of products. However, when we talk about the school's
school system, the concept of user experience seems to suddenly
disappear. From the feedback of students at Tai Yi University to
schools all over Taiwan, complaints about the difficulty of using
the school system can be heard. This not only affects students'
learning efficiency, but may also lead to students'
dissatisfaction with the school.
We believe that
improving the user experience of internal systems can not only
improve students' learning efficiency, but also increase students'
satisfaction and identification with the school. Therefore, we
decided to start with the Taiwan University of Arts, redesign the
school system, and hope to arouse the attention of schools all
over Taiwan to the importance of the user experience of internal
systems.
Based on the user experience questionnaire we conducted in the school, we understood everyone's usage patterns and pain points. Our team designed around these issues and re-planned the course selection process. For example, the most criticized in the past was that after selecting a course, you must return to the previous page and re-filter. The steps are time-consuming and laborious. Therefore, we refer to the function of adding a shopping cart, which can put the courses you want to add to the list and add them at one click! In addition, we have also integrated all functions and listed each function in a clearer arrangement, so that you can find the function you want to use more quickly when using it, making the experience smoother.
After the redesign, the time spent on selecting three courses is reduced by 20 seconds.
